Before you buy
Purchases are generally non-refundable. Please use the seven-day free trial before buying.
The trial does not automatically convert into a purchase. This policy is shown beside the price on our website and in our Commercial Disclosure.
Legal rights and technical defects
We provide a refund where required by law, or if a technical defect prevents you from using the purchased product and we cannot fix it.
This policy does not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
EU and UK withdrawal rights
For EU and UK consumers, the 14-day withdrawal right is lost only if you expressly consent at checkout to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you will lose that right. Otherwise, your statutory withdrawal right remains available.
Polar purchases and refunds
Polar may issue a refund at its own discretion within 60 days of purchase, regardless of this policy.
A refunded license key is revoked. The App reflects that change the next time it verifies the license.
