I lost my license key
Check the email you received after buying NeatPaste Max. If you cannot find it, contact support with the email address used for your purchase. Do not send your document text.
I am moving to another Mac
One license key can be used on up to two Macs. Before moving, open Settings → NeatPaste Max on the old Mac and choose “Deactivate This Mac”. Then enter the same key on the new Mac.
How do I remove a Mac registration?
In NeatPaste Max, open Settings → NeatPaste Max and choose “Deactivate This Mac”. You can then use the available registration on another Mac. Contact support if you cannot access the old Mac.
My free trial ended
The seven-day trial does not automatically turn into a purchase. To continue using Max features, purchase NeatPaste Max and enter your license key in Settings → NeatPaste Max. There is no subscription.
